Under the street light,

That's where I stand,

Waiting for someone to take my hand,

Darkness all around,

There's no one but me,

Death in the night is all I see,

I shiver in the cold,

And I shiver in fear,

A voice in the distance is all I hear,

It's calling me out,

It's calling my name,

Death to him is only a game,

Will I survive,

Will he leave me alone,

All I want now is just to go home,

There's no one around,

There's no one here,

There's only the sound embracing my fears,

I drop to my knees,

I cry out to the night,

Just leave me be, I'm alone in this fight,
